Yoga AF.

I don’t know why I ever rejected yoga…wait yes I do, it’s because it’s inward work and I was terrified of it.

Now I’m wide open, I’m in full receiving mode - hands up goddesses, you’ve fucking got this.

I mainly love floor work because it helps my periformis, soaz, hips, etc - I know I misspelled those muscles but progress not perfection.

My favorite part is being able to breathe into sticking points, into pain within my body. I send my thoughts and my breath to those places in my body that need a little zghughing.

If you’ve been resistant to yoga, check in with yourself to see why that is, what is the blocker? Trust me, start out with some basics or gentle/restorative and you’ll be in love.
