There’s a discomfort, an uneasiness that wasn’t there before. It’s unsettling, especially when you have no idea what it is, where it came from, or what to do about it. This is what I describe as a “pinch.”
I should know. It’s what inspired me to break free from the copy/paste culture I had subscribed to for the first 20 years of my career. And it’s precisely what inclines my clients to seek my unique, no-bullshit, meet-you-where-you-are style of coaching.
On paper, I am a corporate marketing veteran with an impressive leadership and project track record spanning two decades, now turned Master Certified Life Coach, Chakra Healer, Soul Awakener, podcast host, and social activist. But on a deeper level, I am a spicy, truth-telling, non-conforming healer who empowers my clients—through empathy, passion, spiritual guidance, and a little bit of magic—to discover who they truly are, so they can step into the light and live as their highest and truest selves.
Before my own awakening, I spent over 20 years climbing the corporate ladders of household-name brands like Toys R Us, Vitamin Shoppe, and Discover. It’s all glitz and glamour until the workplace abuse sets in. Once my experience hit a fever pitch—where my body, mind, and soul were screaming at me to make a change—I finally listened and haven’t looked back, starting Unlock the Magic in early 2023.

My modality is energy that works within the guardrails as a professional coach. My magic is understanding where your body is trying to go, and allowing your mind to give you permission to explore.

As a healer, and a warrior, I unsubscribed from the copy/paste expectation of the world around me and launched “Women Making Moves” which allows me to amplify the women who are thriving in the unsubscribe. I celebrate the women of the world that have created their own safe haven amidst the world that was never created with them in mind.
