Coaching to Heal
It’s time to stop feeling pinchy and start following your spirit
Healing allows you to unlock the youest you that could ever you!
Often times, there is stagnant energy existing within us that hasn’t been found, but that also feels triggering or activating. This can feel painful in our bodies and can be traced to an energy center housing an old wound or trauma. Further, it may not even be ours, as we know that we hold the lineage within our bodies as well.
The moment that something feels triggering or activating, is the moment that it’s entered your consciousness to be addressed and healed.
Moon Ceremonies
-
Wishes to feel connected to the rhythm and cycles of the moon - to feel into the sacred energy that moves the oceans, to honor Mother Earth and all that is nature surrounding us.
-
New Moon Ceremony: The new moon is often seen as a time for setting new intentions, starting fresh, or planting seeds for future growth. People may write down goals, meditate, or perform rituals that help clarify their desires and aspirations.
Full Moon Ceremony: The full moon is associated with culmination, completion, and releasing what no longer serves you. Full moon ceremonies often involve rituals of letting go, healing, or offering gratitude. This can include burning written lists of things to release, meditative practices, or rituals focused on abundance and manifestation.
Moon Circles or Gatherings: These are group gatherings where people come together, usually in alignment with a specific moon phase, to perform rituals, meditate, or share experiences. This can include practices like yoga, chanting, or guided visualizations.

Chakra Balancing
-
Feels an imbalance somewhere in their body - a lifelong pattern may be re-surfacing, or there is a goal that feels out of reach.
-
The practice of aligning and harmonizing the body's energy centers, known as chakras, to promote physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. The chakra system comes from ancient Indian traditions, particularly in yoga and Ayurveda, and consists of seven main energy centers located along the spine, from the base to the crown of the head.
Each chakra is associated with specific qualities, emotions, and aspects of life, and when these energy centers are balanced, it is believed that individuals experience a greater sense of health, vitality, and inner peace. When chakras are blocked, unbalanced, or out of alignment, it can lead to physical, emotional, or spiritual issues.

Sacred Womb Healing
-
Sacred Womb Healing is a holistic, spiritual, and therapeutic practice focused on honoring, healing, and empowering the womb—the physical and energetic center of a woman's body associated with creativity, intuition, fertility, and emotional expression. This practice recognizes the womb not only as a biological organ but also as a powerful space of feminine energy, creative potential, and deep emotional wisdom.
While the term "womb" refers to the physical uterus, sacred womb healing acknowledges that the womb holds much more than just reproductive functions. It is considered a sacred space that connects women to their intuitive power, creativity, and the cycles of life. Healing the womb is seen as a pathway to reclaiming feminine strength, releasing emotional trauma, and reconnecting with the deeper rhythms of life.
-
Emotional and Energetic Blockages:
The womb is believed to store unresolved emotions, trauma, and energies from life experiences—especially related to sexuality, childbirth, relationships, and the feminine experience.
Emotional blockages can manifest physically (e.g., menstrual issues, reproductive problems, pelvic pain, or digestive disorders) or emotionally (e.g., fear of creation, guilt, shame, or feelings of disempowerment).
Feminine Empowerment:
Sacred womb healing encourages women to reconnect with their innate power, creativity, intuition, and wisdom. It is rooted in the understanding that the womb holds a deep connection to the cycles of nature, the feminine, and the divine.
This practice can help women reclaim their voice, their sense of self-worth, and their sense of autonomy over their body and life choices.
Healing the Womb as a Space of Creation:
The womb is not only the physical space where babies are conceived and grow, but it is also a symbolic space of creation—the birthplace of new ideas, dreams, and manifestations.
Women may engage in sacred womb healing to restore creative flow, reconnect with their desires, and manifest their goals and dreams.
Connecting to the Feminine Cycles:
Sacred womb healing honors the cyclical nature of women’s bodies—such as menstruation, pregnancy, childbirth, and menopause—as well as the lunar cycles, which are often seen as reflective of the rhythms of the feminine.
Healing can involve reconnecting with the menstrual cycle and learning to embrace and honor one's own natural rhythms, rather than seeing menstruation or menopause as burdensome or taboo.
Healing Trauma:
Many women carry emotional or physical trauma related to past experiences, such as miscarriage, abortion, sexual trauma, or abusive relationships. Sacred womb healing helps to address and release these stored emotions, allowing women to heal on a deep and profound level.
This healing can take place through a variety of techniques, including somatic practices, energy healing, and breathwork.
